It was pretty quiet and cozy, plus I had a nice balcony to enjoy. 🌿.

It has excellent and stunning setting in a nice area downtown. Everyone who works in the hotel is incredibly attentive and very friendly...

The room is very small.

rooms were large and cosy and provided with large windows, a view on the chimborazo which is exaggerated, for instance. the location was stunning - just off the train station and all the better restaurants, a nice area downtown, easy parking, excellent staff & very clean, and good coffee shops. also, it was 1050 minutes drive to camping levesque.

The staff here were incredibly attentive and efficient throughout our stay, the place was reasonably spacious with a balcony, and the location was fantastic, right near the main square.

I thoroughly enjoyed 2 nights there. Everything was perfectly fine, incredibly attentive staff, magnificent views at snow-capped mountains. The hotel was placed in the central location close to nightlife. Visited Heart Rock Bar for a few drinks, it was relatively close to the property, recommend...

This is a hotel go-to for Riobamba! It's an old-fashioned venue with big and cozy rooms. The employees are helpful and exceptionally attentive. The service is great, includes easy parking.

The bathrooms are old.

The hotel's location next to the train station and nearby restaurants, parks, and bars is excellent. There's easy parking, and the staff is outstanding and attentive. the twin room is lovely and cozy, and the bed is really comfortable!

The hotel had a very central location, close to Beer Garden. Easy to get to a train station since it was nearby. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. Private bathroom.

The breakfast here offers a great variety of options and the staff is very helpful and well-informed about the surroundings.

It had a lovely patio door that opened up to a tiny balcony overlooking the street. The hot water in the shower was plentiful and had great water pressure. And to top it off, the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
